    Evening! I am replacing the crappy ATI synthetic stock set on my 500 20 gauge with a nice wood set I found online. The butt stock went on no problem. The fore end fits around the tube good. However if I slide the tube down to the extension arm, there is about an inch of reveal left on the tube to where the spanner nut won’t reach the wood forend. My old one had a 6 3/4" tube with the nut removed. The wood forend was 9" at its longest side. My new tube is about 7 1/2" without the nut. My new forend is 7 7/8".
